I’m really interested in this theme, I think it’s really easy to read. When will it be available? Thank you and congrats!
Thanks, Francesc. 2010 will be included with WordPress 3.0 when it launches later this year. It will probably be available sooner than that for testing; stay tuned to the WordPress Development Blog for news on that.
Nice one 🙂
I noticed “child of child” has
position:absolute; top:0;
, working fine for first child, but will it work for 2nd to …th child, too? Or will they be placed to top instead of right from the parent?Nope, definitely not. 🙂 There’s a couple of bugs I aim to fix over the next day or two and that’s one.
Would love to give this theme a test run as well. How can we be notified of its availability?
The new default theme is included with the current development version of WordPress. You can test it by downloading a nightly build or checking out WordPress trunk via Subversion.
Matt are the nightly builds stable enough to use on a live site?
Certainly — although know that you must do so knowing that support is limited while the code is still in flux. 🙂
How do you split post into pages?
Just insert
<!--nextpage-->
anywhere you’d like to have a page break.
